Three rooms in a row, each with its own size and character, follow one another and speak for themselves, with different types of lighting and furnishings that open up in perfect harmony before visitors, who can in turn imagine their own staging.
The large skylights in the roof and the light filtering gently through the glass blocks high on the walls fill the central room with natural light, setting off the change of lighting in the last room, which has the charm of a lived-in living room to be enjoyed in peace.
The rooms – entrance hall, main hall and meeting room – are equipped with all safety systems, from the emergency exit to the fire protection system, and are ready to be experienced however each guest wishes to interpret them. In the main hall, behind a large glass wall, there is a fully equipped kitchen, an essential support for every occasion that calls for refreshments, from aperitifs to gourmet dinners.

The Main Hall was conceived as a stage where every piece of furniture can be moved and arranged as needed, delivering the versatility that is essential for a venue serving the world of major events, such as gala dinners, fashion shows, photo and video shoots, workshops, shows, presentations and experiences.
Directly connected to the Main Hall and more compact in size, the Meeting Room has everything needed to host meetings, workshops, presentations, B2B sessions and any other occasion where focus and productivity are key.
Its layout also makes it particularly well suited to convivial gatherings, dinners and other special occasions that call for greater intimacy and sharing.
Both functional and striking thanks to a spectacular glass wall, the Codex49rosso kitchen is equipped with the latest technology: a large oven, gas and induction hobs, a state-of-the-art extractor hood and a spacious worktop.
Made entirely of gleaming steel, it creates a pleasing contrast with the iron-framed glass wall overlooking the Main Hall.
The long corridor running parallel to the Main Hall is a truly strategic feature. It allows guests to reach the Meeting Room without having to cross the full length of the Main Hall, avoiding any disruption to events in progress.
